My daughter is 4 years old. My wife and I noticed a strong knock on her knees. What does this mean? Should we be worried about this and visit a doctor?

I don't think you should panic. This is a normal process that occurs in some young children. As they get older, their legs gradually straighten out on their own by the time they are 8 years old.

It really can go away on its own. But in any case, your kid should be examined by an experienced doctor. If after 5 years this problem is not solved, then this can mean a serious illness in your child. I don't want to scare you, but you should read more about it in my knock knee fix article. I hope that your daughter is healthy and that you can correct this problem with work-out.
