Hey moderator, how about approving some anime wallpapers in moderators hub?.

Did not quite understand, the case would be for all Adm use anime pictures?  

Obs: As I live in Brazil and speak Portuguese, I can not always understand everything!

the reason you see other photos is because ocaasionaly other members upload them while admin/moderators aren't  looking. if you see wallpapers like these please mark them for deletion and we will review them

How it works this "marked for deletion"? There is an assessment? Or anyone can go it delete the photo? How it works?

1. mark photo for deletion 2. we will review it 3. decision will be made to keep/remove.  any member can mark a photo for removal.  it is highly discouraged to remove photos because members do not get along or for revenge. if over use of deletion becomes problem, owner will probably remove whole member deletion system. have a nice day

Actually it doesn't work this way. In the past every member could mark every wallpaper in the site, then we could review that marks and keep or revert them but if there are a lot of marks it becomes difficult to review every deletion. So now, since some weeks actually, a member can only delete his own wallpapers while moderators and up can delete every wallpaper. If you have something to report please send the link to the wallpaper to me or to thegates
